My resume can’t adequately capture my communication abilities, patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to engage learners. For your students, I offer just the right blend of hard skills and soft skills that a resume cannot adequately represent. Likewise, you’ll want to know 

Secondly, a resume provides limited insight into a candidate’s true subject matter expertise, teaching style, and training experience context. While it may list technologies and previous roles, it does not reveal the depth of knowledge, ability to explain complex concepts simply, or the specific outcomes achieved in different training environments. As you’ll see when we talk, the resume can only go so far towards generating the kind of mindshare and product adoption that my teaching can offer you.
