In a nutshell, I am a high-performing senior technical instructor with a passion for teaching enterprise software offerings – a passion of mine that is powered by over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, where I’ve held every position from software developer, mentor,  and pre sales engineer, to content developer, copywriter, IT Leader, and senior technical instructor.
